Laugh, Love, Live

or maybe it’s Laugh, Live, Love

or Live, Laugh, Love

In Hobby Lobby a few days ago, Sidney and I saw a wall hanging with those words.  Sidney looks at the wall hanging, puts his arm around me and says, “I laugh with you, I live with you and I love you.”

“You’re a nut,” I say, trying not to succumb to the charms of a 9-year-old boy.  “But you’re a sweet nut.”

With complete seriousness, he asks, “Like a cashew?”

“You’ve been taking charm lessons from your father,” I tell him.
